I have always filtered my water for drinking and cooking. This Brita filter work excellent. My water always tastes great. It removes any traces of chlorine and bleach.
Sometimes we have to use cistern water and it cleans it nicely.
If you love great tasting water, get the Brita filters and pitchers.

My Brita filter pitcher is the best purchase I've made in a long time. And ordering the filters online in this way makes my purchase more convenient and ensures that my family always has filtered water available for drinking. I have been using my Brita water pitcher for years and have always loved the result of great tasting water at a great price. When buying the filters here, be aware the larger packs are not always the cheapest per unit. When I looked to make my purchase, the 10 pack followed by the 3 pack were the cheapest per filter.Customer Review: Pretty good

These are pretty good filters. The filtered water tastes good for about 2 months, which is their lifetime, as stated on the package. The only thing, there are some grains of carbon, or whatever that black stuff is, on top of the pitcher. I haven't used any other filters, so I don't know if it's common to all of them.Customer Review: Good deal on filters

I currently live in Italy, and the price of these filters is about $5-6 US dollars per filter. I was happy to see that I could purchase a six pack of filters for a lot less than that. The filters are great and I think Brita is/may be beginning to offer a recycling program for them. Another great reason to use Brita!
