We got this product within a week from Amazon. It works well with our Brita pitcher, water tastes good and you don't have to replace it for 3 months.
I am giving it 4 stars not 5, since the box it came in was torn, looks like someone returned it. The individual cover for each filter was not touched, so we didn't think it was a big deal and used them anyways.

These filters are great. I always have them on hand in case I run out of bottled water. In the summer I run out of water because I have so many visitors and they are thirsty.
These filters help me until I get to the store. I buy cases of water, but because I live in the desert, we always fall short. The taste of the filtered water is crisp and clear

Excellent service from this seller although package came tore up from the shipping company. It looked like a truck ran over it but it wasn't the seller's fault. Britta filters looked as though it had been in a paint shaker for a while but other than that products were in pretty good condition considering. I look forward to doing business again. If you use the Brita, you must use the filters to perform their duty. I've used the Brita system for about 15 years, and feel confident it performs its job well. We have excellent water in our area anyway, but this removes chlorine and water taste is terrific. I usually let my pitcher fill up at least 3 more times than asked when preparing the system for use.Customer Review: Brita filters

This Brita water filtering system is great. I gave this product 4 stars only because it admits it is capable of filtering only 99% of "things" that might be in your water. On the other hand, I feel safer using water from the tap (city water) and that is nice. I'm also saving a lot of money from not buying bottled water, which may or may not be as clean.
