My name is Jordan S. Josephson, M.D. F.A.C.S. and I am the author of the book Sinus Relief Now recently published by Penguin Books. The book is about sinus problems, allergy, asthma, snoring sleep apnea and gastro-esophageal reflux (GERD). I am a total believer in patients irrigating their sinuses on a daily basis. Irrigation removes infection, allergens and irritants. I personally suffer from sinus problems and irrigate myself. I recommend irrigation to all of my patients. Netipots or sinus irrigators are a very effective way to clean out your nose and sinuses. This is an excellent product to place in a netipot or a sinus irrigator.
