Customer Review: OUTSTANDING

We are absolutely happy with this machine. It is LOW maintenance- easy to clean, practically nothing to clean. Just dump the high pressure overflow cup and rinse the nozzle and go! A little slow on heating up as I understand compared to the new one. My wife picked this one over the new one because the 1400 she says makes better foamm but a little louder. If I could find another one of these at this price I'd buy it for the office!
I only gave it 4 stars becauseof the slow heating.
