If you want to use your Bosch to do cookies these are a must have. They sweep the sides much better than using the dough hook, and aerate the batter fabulously. Don't need to cream butter separately because of the power.
Get a second bowl while you're at it!
HINT: Buy a small baby bottle brush to clean these (Dr. Brown's brush). There are little divits in the paddles that need to be cleaned with something small, and a bottle brush works great.

There are companies selling Bosch knock-offs of the cookie paddles. We unknowingly bought the fake ones from Kitchen Resources sold by Kitchen Krafts Inc. and they broke after their first use. It took Kitchen Resources a month and a half to replace them. These are not the real thing. Make sure that they are Bosch products. Cookies are the #1 thing we make with our bosch, family tradition! These solve the problem of having to scrape the sides of the bowl when making cookies. Perfect dough every time. Great product for cookies!!
