Save your money. What works best for me is the instructions in the Universal handbook, ie, use the wire wisks to cream the butter-sugar. Remove the wisks, insert the dough hook and mix in the flour and other stuff. Much quicker, better mix, easier clean-up. Up date 3-10: Have found that if I mix the eggs first, then add the sugar mix, it doesnt pile up around the center. Latest batch of choc.chip cookies had great results with this paddle kit. Go ahead and buy this set.
