Kitchen and Housewares Reviews of Bonnecaze & Cie Absinthe Glass Pontarlier with cutsCustomer Review: It works Summary: 4 Stars
About the only thing I could consider a con for this product is that it is not made out of crystal. But then it would cost a lot more if it was. The lower portion of the glass will hold exactly 1 oz of liquid. So all you have to do is just pour in the absinthe until the bottom reservoir is full and you are then good to go to start adding water. If you fill up the glass with water up to the top of the glass cuts, you will be somewhere between 3:1 and 4:1 water to absinthe. So the cuts can help you eye the amount of water to add, without having to measure it out beforehand.
If you use the B&C brouilleur with this glass, you can't dilute more than 4:1, as the bottom of the brouilleur will come in contact with your drink at about this ratio.
