The person who installed our hardwood flooring included a "Bona X Swedish Formula" kit to get us started.
The mop dragged a LOT and the plastic 'rivets' holding the head fell off within minutes. I tried to reconnect them numerous times but they never snapped together correctly.
Hard to evaluate a product when it breaks so much.
