The Body Rite Posture Pleaser has made a big improvement in my backaches after quilting. When I wear it I can sew several more hours. I used to sew too long and wind up with muscle spasms for hours. Now I can sew for 4 or 5 hours without ending up in agony. One thing I'd like to see improved is the strap - it should be cushioned so it doesn't dig into your arms. I'm going to make some myself out of batting or prequilted fabric.Customer Review: Really Works!

The Body Rite Posture Pleaser is a great product. I am a seamstress/quilter among other things and backaches have been my steady companion. After adjusting the Body Rite for a couple of days until it felt just right for me, it seems to keep the muscles in balance so there isn't the stress that causes the backaches. I still have some back problems, but the Body Rite has given me a lot of relief.Customer Review: Corrected my posture

Very pleased with the product. It corrected my posture immediately. I work at a computer all day and have done so for many years. It has taken a toll on my back; have become round-shouldered because of it.
When I first started wearing it the straps were a litte uncomfortable but have gotten use to it. I wear it all the time in the house and hopefully one day I won't have to wear it.

This product is uncomfortable to wear- it rubs on front side of armpit. It does not have enough weight in it to make any difference in posture. It is pretty much worthless.
