If you're looking for the perfect set of glasses to enhance your coffee experience, these are THE ones to own. They're very practical, elegant and light-weight. They seem somewhat dainty, but are actually a very durable, high quality glass that keeps your hot beverages hotter, and your cold beverages colder for longer. These glasses are easily handled and will not burn your hand/fingers while containing hot beverages, due to the double-walled, insulated design.
I'm absolutely thrilled with the quality of these pieces. Enjoying my coffee, macchiatos, espresso & lattes has never been better. The way they're received by my guests, who are highly impressed with and love them, is an added bonus!

Add myself to the list of people that like this basic product (I've bought these two other times from brick and mortar retailers), but am frustrated by Amazon's inability to deliver these intact.
I ordered these and some Bodum Bistro coffee mugs. Both were packed in a cardboard box with virtually no packing material. Considering the glasses themselves are protected only by a single layer of bubble wrap, I'm not surprised that upon receiving my box, I could already hear the tinkling sound of broken glass.
I'd like to be able to buy these from Amazon, but until they can start packing fragile items properly, I'll have to stick with B+M retailres.

I own six of these glasses and use them on an almost daily basis.
Pro: these glasses work exactly as advertised, keeping drinks nice and cold. They are also comfortable to hold and drink from. They are also quite sturdy - I have had two of the glasses after more than a year's constant usage.
Con: the sides are very shallow so it is easy to slosh liquid out of them whilst moving around.
Note: I do not recommend the larger and taller 12 oz. glasses Bodum Assam Double-Wall Cooler/Beer Glass, Set of 2 as they are too fragile.

After having a great experience with the Bodum Pavina espresso cups, I bought the 8.5 Ounce glass. I was enjoying it for a week enjoying ice cold glasses of milk and cookies, italian sodas and the like all the whiel touching a room temperature glass. It was sitting in my sink and I picked it up to wash it and the thin glass on the inside of the glass broke inward slicing my finger something terrible. All of this from a glass that claims to be just as strong as regular glass even though it's signficantly thinner. While I was a believer, my painful finger has made me a skeptic. I also think it's costly for a product that doesn't last and may in fact be dangerous.Customer Review: Buyer beware, these fill with water!

I bought four of these, and loved the way they looked--BEFORE I washed them. There is a very small hole on the bottom of every glass, left over from the glass blowing process I presume. Water seeps *INTO* the glasses through this hole and fills the inside of the glass with dirty dishwater--not a good look. I've washed them by hand and ran them through the dishwasher, problem persists. Not only is it gross, but since the hole is on the bottom, when you set the glasses down they slowly leak! I found this out AFTER one had been placed on the wooden shelf of my bar. Too bad this fundamental flaw--so easily fixed--was overlooked by a company so proud of its design.
