This is a great looking teapot, but the handle is a problem. It does not stay upright. It gets very hot, since it lays on top of the pot while the water boils and heats the plastic handle in the process.Customer Review: Teakettle Broke

Soon after I received this teakettle, the handle broke off. Amazon wouldn't give me a refund, so now I have to file a claim with my credit card company. Thanks Amazon!
