I bought this tall beer glass, two 15 ounce glasses, plus four bowls. The bottom line is they are great. I can eat hot soup out of the bowl while holding the bowl in my hand - great for TV watching. Yes, you have to be very careful with these products. I wash them carefully by hand mostly, but have washed the 15 ounce glasses and the bowls in the dishwasher with no problems yet. The beer glass is tall so it doesn't fit in the cupboard with the rest of my glasses so had to find another taller cupboard to put it in. Its height could make it awkward and easy to knock over as well but all the precautions are worth it because your beer is ice cold to the last drop. NO SWEATING GLASSES EITHER. Coasters are not required for these glasses. I recommend NOT washing the beer glass in the dishwasher because it would have to go on the bottom due to its height and could fall over.Customer Review: Breaks Easily and Terrible Customer Service!

I have several glasses similar to this one so I know you need to hand wash them and be very careful. I had washed this one and put it on a towel to dry and it shattered. Emailed Central Chef and they basically called me a liar and said I must have hit against the side of my sink rather than admitting that maybe I got a faulty glass. Not happy about their customer service. I would rather have someone tell me "Unfortunately there isn't much we can do for you, however here is a gift certificate for 10% off your next purchase". Terrible customer service if you ask me. I will never buy anything from Central Chef again and I will not recommend them to anyone.Customer Review: VERY FRAGILE but awesome glass

My boyfriend saw these glasses featured in maxium and wanted them for christmas. These glasses are really cool, they keep your drink cold and when you are holding the glass it doesn't warm up the liquid at all!!!! but very fragile!!. I bought him the set of 4 and two were broken from knocking the glass over. Also storage is really tough since the glasses are so tall. With everything said, my boyfriend still used the remaining glasses all the time and loves them. I felt bad for him and bought him 4 more...IF these glasses break I'm done and will be going to target for the cheaper version.Customer Review: Cool Glass but exspensive

Thought the glass was really cool when I bought it. Then read a lot of reviews and now am very nervous about using it... Still works as advertised and is still cool.. Should come a two glass set for the price!
