Customer Review: Perfect - except they break if you sneeze

Everything is perfect about these mugs, except for how insanely easily they break. They are light, beautiful, retain heat very well, and are cool to the touch. I also love this particular sized mug, I think it is the best of the series. I didn't have any heat issues, I would pour almost boiling water directly into the mug without issue.
Now the caveat. I was extremely careful with my first mug and it lasted a while before it hit the bottom of the sink while being washed and cracked. I never put it in the dishwasher, always used a saucer, and was careful.
The mistake I made with the second mug was putting it in the dishwasher. It cracked upon being in the dishwasher one time. These are absolutely NOT dishwasher safe.
So if you don't mind a plastic mat in your sink, handwashing this mug, and, in general, treating it delicately then I recommend it. Honestly, even though two have broken I plan on buying another one because the mug really is that great...until it cracks.
