Customer Review: Not made for tea, hard to use

This teapot is not designed for brewing tea, instead, it still keeps the coffee making process in its design. To make a good cup of tea, the plunger is never needed. The plunger doesn't stay when you pour. The spout is too close to the lip, so when you pour, the tea may leak from the lip.
Also, you only get two coffee mugs of tea out of it.

As a tea lover, I have gone from tea pot to tea pot, tea bag to loose leaf, strainer to tea ball to infuser, and never was totally happy until now. I have had my Bodum Assam for over a year and will never brew tea any other way. It is beautiful, neat and easy to clean.Customer Review: Great Teapot

I've had this teapot for several months & love it! Convenient, easy cleaning, appealing...it beats all of the other ways to brew tea. I too have tried the tea balls & strainers, but they were annoying and produced inferior results. Try it, you won't regret it!Customer Review: I LOVE IT

I LOVE IT!! My PLAN was to steep it and drink a cup or two and put the rest in the fridge.... but I drink the whole thing every time!! (not that that is a bad thing) it does count as my water intake Maybe I should have gotten the 10-12 cup :) Easy to clean.Customer Review: 4.7 stars

It's a great teapot, and a tea cozy is absolutely necessary. I give it 4.7 stars because if the pot is quite full the tea doesn't come out smoothly but splashes out. So make sure you do not fill it too much. This happened 2 or 3 times until I caught on.
