I don't know about everyone else, but I've always had a difficult time drink 64 ounces of water a day. When I started kickboxing, however, I really needed to be careful and make sure I was taking in enough water, so I decided to order one of these bottles.
It is a tad bit heavy if you're hiking or jogging and need to carry it with you, but during water breaks in my kickboxing class, or when I'm on the treadmill, my water bottle (fondly named Big Joe) is right there beside me. And I actually LIKE to have a bigger water bottle because I can do curls and other weight exercises while I walk. It's great. "Joe" also fits extremely well in my gym bag AND my purse, too. He's very easy to take around the town with me. I don't know how I lived without him!
Overall, 5/5 stars for this product. It's durable and useful without being overly bulky! I defintely recommend it.
