This 40 gallon Electric Tilting Kettle (KLT-40E) is a kettle from Blodgett that sits at working level on 3 stainless steel legs. The bottom of the kettle is shaped into a hemispherical design to better conduct heat and better cook foods. This tilting model tilts to 90°, allowing it to completely empty.
