This 80 gallon Electric Stationary Kettle (KLS-80E) is a kettle from Blodgett that sits at working level on 3 stainless steel legs. The entire unit is constructed from stainless steel including the interior and control housing for increased rust and corrosion resistance. The bottom of the kettle is shaped into a hemispherical design to better conduct heat and better cook foods. This stationary model includes a 2-inch draw-off valve and a hinged, spring-assist cover. A factory-sealed water enclosure means this kettle will remain in great working condition for ages in your commercial kitchen, and at 80 gallons it is one of the largest for even the biggest operations.
