I use this for protein shakes made from whey powder. The BlenderBottle works as advertised and is much better than the traditional plastic shaker bottles I have used in the past. The combination of the bottle shape and the stainless steel ball mixes all of the powder and does not leave dry pockets as happens with the traditional shaker bottles. The top fits securely and does not leak even during vigorous shaking. Easy to clean by hand or in the dishwasher (top rack).
