I had issues with the comforter after laundering it. I would recomend line drying the larger sizes. I did contact customer service and was pleased that I got a replacement for free. I do love the bedding. It is warm and supper soft. I also bought the matching curtains and love those too. As for the white threads, they didn't bother me and are hardly noticable unless you really look for them. Over all good for the money.
