This oven has been a severe disappointment. Nothing has cooked as quickly as it was supposed to. In fact we have had to finish everything either in the regular oven or in the microwave. The InfraWave is barely any better than a child's EasyBake oven.Customer Review: Black & Decker InfraWave Over

I have been using this daily and I am absolutely delighted. It's especially great for snacks such as hot dogs, frozen pizza's, toast, etc. I wish there was a more informative cookbook or instructions available but that's my only complaint.Customer Review: Good but over-priced

I have had this InfraWave oven for a couple of weeks and it pretty much performs as advertised ... couple of comments
(1) would be a great value at half the price.
(2) external top gets very, very hot

I got the Infrawave for Xmas and have used it everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day ever since. I LOVE it. It is easy to use and easy to keep clean. I will never heat my leftover pizza slice in a microwave again.Customer Review: infrared oven

Good item. Gets some getting used to if you have been using a "toster oven" but it can be used for many different foods. Cooks quickly, so it used less energy.
