My wife got a Cuisinart juicer for Xmas, and it costs over $30. I told her to return it because I saw this one with mostly good reviews for cheap. After it arrived, we immediately went out and bought a large bag of oranges (at least 15) and I tried it out. It's great. The trick is you have to let the machine work for you, so you don't need to put a lot of pressure on it. That's why we got the unit, because we don't want to get our arms worked out for a glass of fresh OJ. You just need to guide the orange halves to get all the juice out. Occasionally, I put too much pressure down or to the side, the juicer would reverse the spin, but it never stops or stalls. The pulp adjuster is also great. My wife doesn't like pulps and I do, so we set it in the middle, and it's perfect. The only thing that needs improvement is how to automatically remove the pulps collected. I have to scoop them out after going through a few oranges. The cleanup was ez too. Everything comes apart and washes easily. We have not tried with grapefruits or lemons/limes. Now we're enjoying fresh juice without the arm workout :).Customer Review: Love this juicer!

This is actually the first product review I have written, but I was so pleased with this product that I just couldn't resist writing about it; best $25 I have spent in a while. If you are someone who enjoys a cocktail now and then, this is a must-have for your bar. I make mojitos with some frequency in the summer, and I swear I was getting carpal tunnel syndrome from squeezing so many limes with a manual juicer! This juicer makes quick, easy work of juicing citrus fruits, and I have also been really impressed with the quantity of juice that is extracted. I love that it has two different sized reamers for different sized fruits. It also has plenty of power - something that took me by surprise (despite the great reviews, I was expecting the motor to be pretty anemic; not so). The other great feature is that it senses the pressure when you put a fruit on the reamer and starts and stops automatically. Not difficult to clean either. Great product...can't recommend highly enough...I plan to order several for little gifts, particularly for cocktail-drinking friends!Customer Review: I love this juicer and will never go back to drinking pasteurized juice

This juicer is just awesome. And for under $25, it's a steal. I've had it for just under a year now, and it is still going strong after being used almost daily to create orange, grapefruit, lemon and even pomegranate juice (sometimes combined!) It takes me about 5 minutes to juice enough fruit to create a big glass of juice and about 8 minutes for two glasses. These times include cutting the fruit, assembling and cleaning the unit. It is totally worth the wait. What's so great about this juicer is that it gets a lot of the pulp into the juice (if you want, you can also prevent it from including the pulp) which makes the juice less of a "sugar shot" and a more healthful and fiber rich treat. It's very easy to assemble and use, and relatively easy to clean. Sometimes little pieces of fruit get stuck in the slots where the juice and pulp passes through, but I think if I used a dish cleaning brush instead of a sponge, that issue would be resolved. I've tried more expensive juicers and this one is the best by far. I high1y recommend this product.Customer Review: good juicer but handle broke

The juicer works very well at extracting juice from oranges lemon and limes (haven't tried it with grapefruit). The handle is the weak point. Mine broke while I was drying it with a towel. I didn't feel like I was putting all that much pressure on it. Now I need a new carafe. The lid is kinda useless unless you are storing it for an extended time. It needs time to dry out between uses; the lid would make that difficult and promote the growth of mold/mildew. You can put the carafe and reamers in the dishwasher but you will have to wash the strainer part by hand. The larger reamer fits over the smaller one and that seems to work well. The largest opening was letting small seeds in the orange into the juice. The middle setting keeps that from happening and is fine with me. Good juicer except for the handle. I juice oranges about 10 everyday. It doesn't seem to have much problem with them. I agree with other posters that say that it is easy to juice. The raised ridges on the reamers do a good job on the oranges with little effort.Customer Review: A great juicer at an awesome price!

I got this citrus juicer when Amazon lowered the price to $9.99 and let me tell you - what a STEAL! I have not been this happy with any product.
I buy oranges by the bulk now and make fresh squeezed orange juice with no pulp, a little pulp, or a lot of pulp, depending on my mood and usage!
Also, I recommend squeezing limes and lemons on this juicer and mixing it with white grape juice and some ice to taste - ALL NATURAL LEMONADE with no sugar added! This is how Jamba Juice makes their "all-natural lemonade" and that costs like $3.50 for a tiny cup - save yourself some money and do it this way! (This is USEFUL)
Warning: You MUST clean after every use, or the pulp hardens and sticks to the plastic parts and it just gets harder and harder to clean. Water might not be enough to get all the pulps out in the first place, so I recommend using a sponge or brush while running the parts under water to get all the gunk out. If you continue to do this, you will get great usage out of this product!
