Customer Review: I like this model, but I wouldn't say it's perfect

After owning a quicksteamer for 7 years, it finally wore out. First, I bought the expensive ProHeat machine. I didn't like it at all. So I sent it back and bought this model of the quicksteamer. I like it better than the proheat, as it is MUCH easier and quicker to use. I use HOT water in the tank. The powerbrush DOES spin on it's own. The machine is lightweight. The down side to this machine is that it's loud (but so was the proheat) and it has a narrower cleaning path. Also, after 2 uses, the cap/plug on the solution tank leaked, but Bissell customer service was nice and is sending us a new one. But my other machine never had a single problem in 7 years, so I guess these just aren't made like they used to be :(
