I'm on my second deep saute pan by Bialetti. Wore out the first one in about 6 years of almost daily cooking with it. It's perfect for just about anything: frying chicken, steaming veggies, paella, dishes with lots of sauce or just a scrambled egg. The extra handle makes it easy to lift and move when heavy, the glass cover is nice for slow cooking. The non stick surface lasts very long (if you use the right utensils).
For the price, it's unrivaled. I just gave my college kid this one cooking pan for his place.
