I got this product after looking and comparing prices around. I did not want to buy something very expensive that would not work out and I though this could be it. Basically, it's fine for a begginner like me but the way the applicator was made make you waste a lot of frosting and the plastic bag always, always breaks.
If I knew this was designed like this, I would probably buy another thing.

I recently bought this kit as I've gotten really into baking/cake decorating. I was drawn to the amount of items in the kit (applicator tips, bags, stencils, etc). I've not had a bag break on me yet, and the applicator is curved, which makes decorating a bit easier for a novice. However, I am disappointed with the size of if the applicator, as so much frosting goes to waste.Customer Review: Good set, but tips were not included

My wife loved the set, however it did not come with all of the tips that it promised in the picture. Which would normally not be a big deal except for when we called to get the tips sent to us, we were given a number to call that did not answer. I hope they have corrected this issue, because otherwise this would have been a good purchase.Customer Review: Cake Decorating Set

Not a bad deal for the money. I was a little disappointed in the pastry bag holder - it is difficult to work with. Also, the tips are supposed to be interchangeable with standard icing bag couplers - I couldn't get them to screw on properly. All in all, if would purchase again. For someone just starting out, this is a perfect tool. You get several tips, bags, some stencils, and the holder. I loved it so much and had a great time using it, that I am now signing up to take decorating class. Perfect for someone who has little or no experience.
