Customer Review: Finally, a deep enough bath to truly relax

We have a great tub, but for one flaw. The bottom of the overflow drain is a full eight inches from the top of the tub. What a waste! With this I was able to gain as much depth to the water as I wanted.
It's not a perfect seal, but it's good enough to slow the overflow from a gush to a very slow seep. It was almost impossible to fill the tub farther than the bottom of the overflow before, with this, I filled it to about 3 inches from the top of the tub (with me in it) and when I was ready to get out, hours later, it was still within 3 1/2 inches.

Surprisingly, this little device has a lot of potential. If your tub is relatively flat where the overflow cover is located, then this is probably a 4-star item and will likely work well for you. My tub, however, flares out a bit at the bottom of the overflow cover, so this item doesn't easily work for my tub.
I modified the top of this product with a pair of scissors and was able to get it installed, and I was impressed with how well it worked. It was like being a kid again with water that actually covered me completely while seated.

I got my product quite quickly and tried it out and was hard to get the suction cups to affix to the tub but when I run this plastic cover under hot water for a bit it softens it up and allows me to push each suction cup to the tub and covers the overflow. The only thing I don't like is the hole at the top because it is right where the tap is flowing water into the tub. I will likely cover it up with really strong tape so it won't fill up with water. Once you do all these things, it does block the overflow and works great for a deeper bath.Customer Review: Buttomsless bath ....It works for me!

I bought this along with Umbra Aquala Bathtub Caddy and they both work together beautifully. I don't know why but the water stays hotter for a longer period of time and I love the deeper bath it helps create. I just followed the directions and it sticks as it should. I read the review by the lady who spends many, many hours on her feet and it didn't work for her. I do hope she eventually got it right and is now enjoying her baths as I do. I have recommended this to my friends who love baths too!Customer Review: Its just okay. Can't use it more than a few times.

The first time I used it, it was great. no water got into the circle. But after i disconnected the item from the tub wall to wash it for the next time i took a bath, water kept leaking through. no matter how much i tried, whether applying it dry or wet- water just kept leaking through and now its useless.. Maybe the product just doesnt last long enough. I probably shouldnt have taken it off the tub.i dont know what went wrong because i read so many good reveiews before I bought it.
