It looks a little weird, but I bought it anyway because flour dusting a pan is a chore, and I had never seen any other gizmo specifically for this purpose. A little bit of flour goes a long way with this device. Takes a few times of shaking to get the right motion, but eventually you learn how to adjust the amount of flour coming out. Easiest method I have found for dusting with flour.

I use this to lightly dust cinnamon over stencils set on top of cappuccinos. People think I'm amazing. Works for me.
