Customer Review: Unit stopped working in less than 30 days

We purchased this unit less than a month ago and it stopped working about 2 weeks later. It's a shame because I really liked the way it worked. We're trying to get help but the company's closest repair center is over an hour one-way.
By "stopped working" I mean it does not even show lights in the digital display when plugged in. I saw that a bad power cord may be the problem on the company's web site. We'll see if they fix it or ?
