I tried the 100% quail upon my friend's suggestion, after I saw how beautiful her kitten is. Thick silky coat and very healthy looking. I have since dumped the grain diet that Purina, etc. want us to think is so great for our cats, and am seeing a tremendous difference in their coats and overall look. They are extremely healthy and seem more satisfied. In the wild, cats never hunted grain for their food! Their requirements are different than humans! My Siberian cats love this food, and I will continue to supplement their Orijen dry (which they love, too), with this Before Grain canned food.Customer Review: I love it - my cat is on the fence.

*I* love this cat food. I was very happy to find a reasonably priced wet food, that plainly states all ingredients, & is 100% what it says it is.
Now, of course since this food isn't totally revolting, my cat is not in love with it. He didn't like the quail at all. He ate several bites of the beef, turkey, and salmon, and was "meh" about the tuna and chicken. No idea why; it could've been his mood that day. In the past, I have given him Fancy Feast cans on occasion as a weekend treat and he inhales them. He's just going to have to get used to the Before Grain. :D

Oh my cat loves this food it's pure 100% meat and low carb unlike the 96% Before Grain by Merrick has added vitamins and minerals.So make sure your cat gets it either from the dry food or a supplement.
This is an excellent canned cat food all natural and so much better then other brands I've tried it is easy on my cats stomach.
Merrick has all varieties but this one has worked out really well for my cat.The price is reasonable too.

This is a great way to find out what flavors my cats will eat without having to buy a whole case of one flavor only to discover they don't like it. I like the fact that there is nothing in the can besides turkey or salmon or whatever it says on the can. No fillers is my reason for buying this product. The cats liked some and not others so this worked for me.Customer Review: My cats love this!

Wow my cats love this food! I also bought Evo canned, which they like but seem to like this even more. It is not as thick so watch when opening the can, but it smells like high quality.
