Customer Review: Never Delivered - Damaged packaging given as reason

Tracking my package online I discovered the shipment was damaged and was not deliverable so I did not recieve anything. I was upset that Amazon did not send me an email and I had to call them after trying to track the package myself. I would not order from this seller again, unless they can provide a reason why the package was damaged. Was it the sellers fault or UPS? I also tried to get amazon to ship me another one for next day delivery and they said they could not do this. Not a very good experience.
