Customer Review: Doe what it says it does, cheaply.

To echo other comments: hard to install the batteries. Easy to program. Not sure where the 1-29-2013 comment came from, my unit says 1-20-2013, which could be 2017 worst case. Prompt delivery and about half to 2/3 the price of other count down timers.
When it arrives, you need two AA batteries. Then you program the future date, the instructions are fairly simple. Then program today's date. After that, it displays the time between. You can switch to current time by pressing the "mode" button on the back.
Doesn't look easy to change the label, to make it general purpose, will re-examine that in 2013 ...
