My mother bought me a few of these pans, medium size, to replace a very well-used set that's been used and handed down (or handed off, maybe!) so long no one can even remember who originally had it. Although my old pans were ugly, they were very functional, and I held on to them for a few months while I "tested" these new pans, finally deciding after about three months of use that I can trust the Baker's Secret sheets.
My favorite thing about these pans is that I can fit four (!!!) in my oven at once, side by side on two racks, and still have room for enough air to circulate that I get reasonably even cooking. I absolutely adore this for easy dinners - say, baked chicken, roasted root vegetables, roasted tomatoes and apple turnovers - all in the oven and doing their thing while I make a quick green salad then kick back with a glass of wine. The high heat roasting does lead to some warping, assuming I've preheated the oven completely, but it hasn't caused any permanent damage to the pans yet, and hasn't caused any problems with food crowding or burning. My old pans liked to surprise me with that sudden, noisy but harmless "BANG!" in a heated oven too, so at least I'm used to it.
I tend to line my pans with tinfoil or parchment, depending on what I'm cooking, so I can't say for sure that the coating is durable. It has made cleanup for spills and splashes relatively easy though. The darkness of the pan makes for easy browning of roasted veg but hasn't caused any premature burning. I don't use these pans often for "serious" baking, since I have larger insulated pans designed for cookies. I have done biscuits and breadsticks for dinner on these pans, and so long as I put the bread on the cooler side of the oven, I have no problems with burnt bottoms. These pans are a bit too small for my traditional Silpat mats, but parchment cut to size solves that problem.
Overall, I recommend these as a middle-weight, everyday sheet pan. Depending on the size of your oven, they may wind up being your favorite go-to pans as well. If you're a serious baker, I'd suggest spending more on a higher quality, larger pan that can give you more control over your bottom crust and fit full batches more easily.
