Customer Review: Attractive Popcorn Bowl, but not very durable

Looks can be deceiving when it comes to this bowl. It has that old school look that fools you into thinking this is the stuff your Mom had for all those years while you were growing up. The finish is actually pretty cheap and cracks easily. I've had mine for a few months now and already have small cracks where the painted finish is chipping off. I always wash this by hand as well, never in the dishwasher since the other reviews mentioned this could add to the paint chipping problems. It's an ok popcorn bowl. I just expected it to be a little more durable.
