Parrotini (original recipe by Don Ho, I'm told)
5oz Lemon sour mixer
1/2oz Lemon juice
2oz Light rum (Jamaican is best)
1oz 151 rum
1tsp Ground ginger
Mix first three ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Mix the ginger into the 151 in a shot glass. Pour onto the top of the mixed drink. Use a parrot swizzle stick to mix and a straw to delicately slurp the drink.
