Customer Review: Very Good Kettle

Happy with the beautiful design and large size. Most electric kettles have smaller capacity. However, my previous Krups was faster. It takes a little too long to automatically shut-off from the time the water is boiling and I sometimes turn it off myself. It also takes longer than my old Krups to boil water (manufacturer says 1 minute per cup). On the other hand, the outside heats a lot less than other stainless steal kettles, and because of the design, you're less likely to get burned. The cord is long enough, but I don't worry about it because it's only attached to the base, not the kettle itself. Easy opening the lead (just press the top button), and the filter seems easy enough to replace. I would have given it 5 stars if it was heating and shutting off faster, but overall, I'm very happy with the product.
