I think this is a good little plate. It heats up reasonably quickly and is relatively easy to clean. I am surprised by the reviews that it suddenly quit working. Need to buy another electric burner, but don't know what company to go with.

I used this as an everyday burner, but after 3 months its on-light indicator went out, and burner stays on even after turning it off. I expected more but for $20.00 what can I say?
