Only had my skillet in use for a month or so, used it maybe 5 times. I really do like it. The sides are a smidge tall for my taste, but will really increase the food capacity. Interior non-stick surface seems to be durable, and all connections and the cord seem to be high quality. It is a rather heavey item though.Customer Review: Aroma Electric frypan

This is a great frypan. It heats evenly, is easy to wash and has an opening on the lid to allow air circulation. We love it and use it for everything from pancakes to asian dinners.
