I bought this deep fryer because of all of the good reviews it received,
and because it came with a large basket along with the two smaller baskets.
I like the digital gauge that gives you the temperature of the oil as it's
rising to the desired level. We've had this fryer for about a month
now, and if I was going to buy another one, I would buy this one again.
We are very pleased with it, and I have no complaints with it.
I would recommend this deep fryer if you're thinking about buying one.

We love this fryer, have used it several times now, and cooks to perfection. Heats to temp. quickly and recovery time is minimal. We have serval family members that own deep fryers and they couldnt get over how well this one works compared to theirs. They said they are going to buy theirselves one. The unit is quite big, but has lots of room inside for frying which we love for our family of 5. I highly recommend this fryer. Clean up is a breeze once the oil cools. Everything goes into the dishwasher :) What more can you ask for :)Customer Review: Hot to touch and loses heat

As much as I would like to not have to pack it up an send it back, that is what I am going to do. After two attempts, same problem. Oil loses heat dramatically and takes a LONG time to recover. The sides of the unit also get hot, very hot. Like other reviewers said, but I apparently disregarded, the steam from the unit prevents you from adjusting the temperature without getting a steam burn. Two baskets side by side or the one larger does not hold much more than my old Euro-Pro one deeper basket. Pick another fryer.Customer Review: excellent value

I purchased this fryer on the basis of its Amazon reviews. A previous deep fryer I bought did not come close to the maximum stated temperature of 375 degrees, so it went back to the store. This was my second and successful attempt to get a fryer that really does heat the oil to the temperature you need to get nice, crispy vegetables. It was very easy to figure out the directions and clean up was simple. I am happy. However, I have only used this fryer two times. I purchased the Aroma fry in the last 2 months and have already used it several times . For 2 large fry food dinners , 1 oriental including marinated wings and 1 seafood the Aroma fry performed perfectly . The fryer had no difficulty in quickly attaining or maintaining temperature . Use of the single large and 2 smaller baskets was convienient and helpful for cooking multiple foods . For smaller dinners the fryer was equally effective . Cleanup was easier than other fryers I have used . Excellent product .
