Customer Review: Good product, plus it's "green"

The cutting board is a handy size. It's flat and the convenient handle area makes it easy to manage and it's easy to keep clean. The available colors were perfect for my needs... green for use with vegetables, red for use with beef and yellow for use with chicken. It's not impervious to nicks and cuts, but then again it doesn't damage knives, either. I'm happy with my puchase.
