Customer Review: The BEST nonstick pan invented!

I don't usually cook with non-stick cookware, except for making omelets.
Non-stick does not usually make a nice crust on meats or reduce sauces properly. I will stick with my All Clad stainless and Le Creuset for everyday cooking, thank you.
HOWEVER, in the winter months when it is too cold to go outside and grill, this pan is the BEST commercial grade non-stick pan out there.
Fish and steaks cook up beautifully, searing the meats, leaving nice grill marks every time. It cooks up chicken breasts better than my Weber grill.
Easy cleanup and nice rubber ergonomic handle.
I have yet to use the heavy glass lid, but it's nice to know it's there!
