Before the duck I had the cow. The cow was great, everyone commented on it when they came over my house. We had the cow for 5 years and it was time for something new. I decided on the duck because it was a little larger and colorful. Wanted a change that was pleasing to the eye. Well, I love my duck, even though it doesn't go quack quack when the water is hot!!! Just kidding. It's a great little thing. Just be careful when using it, it does tend to leak from the spout when pouring into a mug. Don't know why, the cow did it too.
