These little poachers make the cutest eggs. I spray generously with no-stick spray, place them in a small amount of boiling water in a skillet, lower the handles, turn the heat down to a simmer and then cover the pot. My eggs are perfectly done in about 6 minutes. I uncover the pot, raise the handles and remove the poachers. Some of the steam condenses on top of the eggs, which I drain away before placing them on my toast. Perfect eggs every time--what a great way to start the day!Customer Review: Cute but not useable!

I bought these and had high hopes, but upon the first use it was evident they were not going to work. They lean to the side of the handle. They do not sit up straight. The handle is too high for most lids,even with spray they stick and they just are not what they are marketed to be. My advice is "Don't buy"Customer Review: Love it!
