These are the most poorly made tongs I've ever seen. I should have known better because they were very inexpensive. The material is flimzy and they have NO spring in them at all. They are going straight into the thrift shop bag. I will replace with a usable quality that I will purchase at a retail store (so I can try them out). I can't believe that Amazon would make such a cheap product available.Customer Review: Best set yet

easy to use, good and strong for large items like ribs and good also for turning smaller things, a lot of control
