I needed to move some furniture around in my living room on my own and I'm very small in stature. I bought the sliders after reading mostly positive reviews. They are great! They worked perfectly as advertised. I was mostly concerned about moving our extremely heavy corner desk across the room. My husband and I have almost broken it before trying to move it together because of it's awkward shape and the uneven weight distribution, but with the sliders, it moved so easily across the carpeted floor that I didn't even have to completely empty it. These furniture gliders are NOT worth the money. They are made sooooooo cheap that I put one under each leg of my sofa and they slide out from underneath the sofa.No help from them (I do have a sofa with recliners on both ends ,so it is pretty heavy.)
l bought some years ago from another company that where excellent. The plastic and the foam where much THICKER. There are better ones sold in flooring stores. I am off to buy a decent set now.

The four large sliders are great for moving furniture; however, the four smaller sliders are too small for anything. They slip out from under the furniture. The package should include eight larger sliders so that you can leave them under the furniture when you changing a room around. Moving them from one piece of the furniture to another and then back again involves a lot of lifting.Customer Review: Just what I needed!

I wanted furniture sliders to put under the legs of an exercise bike so I could move it from the guest bedroom for storage into the living room for use each evening. These work perfectly! I don't know how large furniature or shelves with items (as shown in the pictures) would work, but for the bike it is great and will save my flooring.Customer Review: saved money

I recently bought a 24 inch wood planer and went to go pick it up with my truck and my sliders. I would had to yent a fork lift at a cost of several hundred dollars but I had a wench on the back of my truck so after I got the sliders under the machine {which weighted 3500 lbs) it slid rigtt on Thanks
