I ordered two of these racks and the shipment shows up with the rails only, no hooks, no mounting screws. After flagging the problem quite clearly to customer service, they ship out a replacement set and guess what? The second shipment's as incomplete as the first. And no one at Amazon seems to be able to clearly rectify the problem. So, back they go and after no small amount of time has been wasted on my part as well.
I understand mistakes occasionally occur but what's really telling is a company's response to that mistake. In this case, Amazon flunked abysmally.

Despit what another reviewer says of this product--it is NOT a pot hanger--it is a TOOL (fork, spoons, whisk, turner, etc) HANGER. It has six hooks for tools--you can get more directly from ALL CLAD ($5 for 4 additional hooks). The finish on the rack is pure ALL CLAD, first rate. However, the finish on the hooks is not quite up to par. But do not let that stop: with tools on it you cannot see the hooks. While it is great for hanging the teriffic ALL CLAD tools, don't even think about hanging pots/pans on it-that is NOT what it is designed for.Customer Review: Missing Hooks and Hardware

We saw some complaints that people received the item without hooks and hardware, but assumed they were flukes. We ordered 2 and sure enough, no hooks or hardware. We sent for a replacement, saying that the hooks and hardware weren't included. Today we got a replacement set - no hooks, no hardware. I would suggest you don't bother ordering this.

This rack is easy to mount. It looks good and it certainly works for utensils. I did not hit any studs and so will not use for pots. I have a ceiling mounted offset rack (to anchor in wood) for my pots. This rack is perfect for utensils and my All Clad measuring cups...one of the few companies that make 3/4 and 2/3 measuring cups....which I love. My wife absolutely "loves" these hanging tool racks. The area behind her big gas stove was empty until I hung up two of these. They look nice, are well built, hold a lot of utensils, and make them easily available. I read a lot of reviews that complained the hooks came off when getting the utensil off. These allclad hangers are designed so that the hooks cannot be pulled off, once they are mounted.
