One of my favorite pans that gets a lot of use. For cooking small amounts, read for one or two people with a bit of leftover this is a great pan. A little barkeeper's friend and this pan cleans nicely. Sautes chicken nicely even at lower heat settings. Deep enough to add a little stock to make a small amount of soup. If I had a large family I would opt for a larger size.Customer Review: Good Size

The quality is perfect, but I bought this pan for the size. It is good to cook a small portion or ingredient, and there is no long handle to compete for space on the stove if you are cooking with several pans.
