Customer Review: Poor Quality Workmanship

All Clad advertises 'flush rivets' and although the rivets are designed to be flush, the workmanship is so poor, the rivets are attached crooked and are not flush at all. I returned mine because of this and waited more than a month for new inventory to arrive -- hopefully better QA than the previous.
When the ship date for the new inventory came and went, I emailed and was informed the new inventory had arrived with the same rivet workmanship as before. I got a refund.

Anybody who has used All-Clad knows how good their products are and getting this one new new was nice on my wallet. I was in near new condition and it saved me about $40.00 so I was extra happy. Get one, you'll love it.Customer Review: Fabulous

The All Clad bakeware is fabulous. Be aware that it is addictive. It does such a good job of baking things evenly that you may find that you don't want to use anything else. It is definitely worth the money.
