Customer Review: poor QA on received unit

Major disappointment on this go-round. Have other All Clad products and like them very much, so was looking forward to getting this 13x9 pan. Received it promptly. Unpacked it and right away spotted defective construction. The inner rivets for the handles (on both handles) were bent out, not flush with the pan's sides. I have the same pan in a 8x8 size and that one is perfect.
There is no damage to the shipping box, the manufacturer's package, nor the rest of the pan, just looks like it missed being QA-ed.
I'm returning it for a refund and will wait a few months before re-ordering. I think this is a new item, so hopefully this is an early production mishap.
