This pan is heavy and will not warp. It is perfect for grilling anything indoors, and the non-stick surface makes it very easy to clean up. I use a press when I use it for meats and this speeds up cooking a lot, and the nice grill marks on the meat makes it very appetizing. I had another grill pan before this one, but it was lighter and was difficult to get it to heat evenly. I think the heavier weight and the layering of metals in this pan allows even heating.Customer Review: Changed my life

If you love to grill but don't have the outdoor space to do so, buy this now. I bought a book called "indoor grilling for dummies" becasue I wanted to cook healthier and lose weight. I live in an apartment so grilling (the healthiest easiest way to cook) was out of the question. That was until I bought this. I use if for everything Fish. Steak. Chicken. I had this on my wedding registry and was excited to get it. I was very disappointed when I received it and it said Made in China on the box. I had checked All Clad's website BEFORE I registered for it and it lead me to believe this was Made in the USA. Since it's not, it's going back. Plus when I saw it in person it did not seem as high-quality as my other All Clad pans.Customer Review: A great product

We use ours all the time for grilling chicken & beef. Was skeptical that a non-stick pan could create nice black grill marks on the food, but it does. Compared it to the Le Creuset, which is also a nice piece, but the All-Clad is much lighter and easier to clean. And no need for a George Foreman grill! :)Customer Review: Such a GREAT pan!

My husband and I LOVE this pan! He looks for things to grill just so that he can use it. We're vegetarian and love grilling vegetables and veggie burgers, hotdogs, and sausages. It give food and really nice grilled taste. And it cleans up so easily! It also heats up quickly and requires only medium heat.
