I have to agree with the other reviewers -- EGGS STICK! I preheat the pain. I add oil or butter. Nothing keeps those eggs from sticking. However, the pan is fabulous for everything else, particularly good for stir-frying. I'm tempted to get the 14" pan but don't think it would fit/cook properly on a regular stove.Customer Review: All-Clad is by far the best

If you've not yet made the decision to invest in some high-end cooking equipment, you should seriously consider All-Clad's Stainless Steel line. Very heavy and durable, with perfect heat distribution, and easy clean-up, this pan is the workhorse of my kitchen. Definitely worth the investment.Customer Review: Big Pan

It is perfect for cooking but hard for cleaning because of its size. Standard size sinks and stove tops are not large enough to accomodate with ease, but it is worth the trade off when cooking. I also recomment the lid it is excellent for many uses. Why would you want this pan without a lid?Customer Review: Wish I could afford the whole collection!

I have wanted this pan for a long, long time, and I was finally able to get it. All I can say is that I wish I had bought it before. It's an amazing pan, food cooks evenly, nothing sticks, washes easily --- I'm happy to have it and strongly recommend it. A worthwhile investment!Customer Review: Interesting Handle

The shape of the handle takes a bit to get used to.
The shiny finish didn't last long. Metal utensils easily scratched the stainless. Directions say not to use metal scouring pads to clean up. So far it has cleaned up nicely without them.
