I used one of these packets that came with my humidifier and was not pleased with the result, I haven't used these yet but wanted to give it another try as it is the only "authorized cleaning product" On the flip side I probably should have used the cleaner sooner than I did, which could be the reason that it didn't work so well.Customer Review: shipping cost is about same price as product

The price of shipping this item ($7.99) is almost as much as the price of the item itself ($9.99). Something is not right here! As far as the product goes, it is required for the Air-O-Swiss humidifiers. You can find cheaper shipping costs on other websites.
